Member of Aryan Brotherhood Sentenced to Jail for Hate Crime against African-American with Disabilities

The U.S. Department of Justice has sentenced a man belonging to the Aryan Brotherhood to 37 years in prison for hate crime charges involving a series of racially-motivated fires. One of the fires included the burning of an African-American church in an attempt to murder an African-American man with disabilities. Every person, regardless of race, national origin, religion or disability has the right to live without fear of threat or harm.
