Every year, the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) hosts a Summer Internship Program for students with disabilities. The program offers college students, law students, graduate students and recent graduates with disabilities the opportunity to work in public service for ten weeks on Capitol Hill, at federal agencies, nonprofits and for-profit businesses. Interns receive a stipend, travel to and from Washington, D.C., and fully-accessible housing. [Application][1] deadline is **January 6, 2012**.
