Provides help to people with disabilities and their families in the Lakeshore area. Offers [information and referrals][1], [employment services][2], [transportation][3], [accessibility services][4], [youth programs][5] to help young adults prepare for employment, independence and community connections, and [nursing facility transition][6] and services for severely-injured [Veterans][7].
