Comfort Suites to Pay $132, 500 for Disability Discrimination against Clerk with Autism

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has charged that an employee at the Comfort Suites Mission Valley Hotel was denied a reasonable accommodation, disciplined and fired due to his disability. The clerk, who has autism, sought free job coach services from the state, but the hotel refused and fired him.
