G2 Secure Staff Pays $30, 000 to Resolve EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sued G2 Secure Staff, LLC in September 2011, charging the company with unlawfully refusing to accommodate an applicant during the hiring process and then denying him employment because of his disability. The applicant's request for an accommodation for the company's drug test was denied. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, employers must provide [reasonable accommodations][1] to an employee with a disability, unless it causes significant difficulty or expense for the employer.
