NCD Sends Letter to President in Support of CLASS Program

Letter to President Barack Obama from the National Council on Disability urging the President to oppose repeal of the [Community Living Assistance Services and Supports (CLASS) Program][1]. The Affordable Care Act created the [CLASS Program][2], a national, voluntary long-term care insurance program, to help people with disabilities pay for services and supports to remain independent.
