Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Regulations Information
March 15, 2012 is the ADA compliance date for provisions governing hotel reservation policies and the compliance date for using the 2010 Standards for new construction, alterations, program accessibility, and barrier removal for persons with disabilities.
