* **People in a wheelchair because of a disabling disease: :** Such as Multiple sclerosis : Users belonging to this group have an even more substantial challenge:. The Youtube video below by Neurogymtech showcases an "exercise wheelchair". Have a look

* The truth is that the less able a wheelchair user is, the more his body needs to exercise: the abdominal paunch that is present on many wheelers is not an aesthetic issue, it is a health threat.
