EEOC Public Meeting - November 16

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will hold a public meeting on **November 16, 2011** at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time in Washington, DC. The following matters will be considered during the meeting: Vote on "Final Regulation on Disparate Impact and Reasonable Factors Other Than Age" under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and a panel discussion on "Overcoming Barriers to the Employment of Veterans with Disabilities." Also, the EEOC will examine unlawful discrimination in employment and other challenges that Veterans with disabilities may face.
