The office of U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords is co-sponsoring a Social Security disability benefits forum on **November 9, 2011 **from 1 - 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time in Tucson, AZ. The forum will discuss disability evaluations, how to apply for Social Security Disability benefits and Supplemental Security Income benefits; how to appeal a decision if denied; your rights to be represented by a lawyer or advocate; and how working will affect your benefits.
