DOL Signs Alliance Agreement with National Industry Liaison Group (NILG) to Increase Hiring of People with Disabilities

The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy and the NILG have signed an alliance agreement to promote the hiring of individuals with disabilities by the federal contractors. NILG is an employer association that represents federal contractors. ODEP's [Alliance Initiative][1] helps organizations work with the agency to develop and implement initiatives that increase the recruitment, hiring, retention and career advancement of employees with disabilities.
