HHS Announces New Members of Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee (IACC)

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has released the names of 15 individuals invited to serve as public members of the [IACC][1]. The IACC is a federal advisory committee established by the Combating Autism Act of 2006, which is made up of federal officials and public members. It coordinates all efforts within HHS concerning autism spectrum disorder (ASD), develops and annually updates a strategic plan for ASD and provides advice to the Secretary on ASD matters.
