Next Meeting of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Is on April 25

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will hold its next meeting on **April 25, 2012** at 9:30 a.m. in Washington, DC. Part of the meeting will be open to the public. The session will include announcement of notation votes, enforcement guidance on the consideration of arrest and conviction records in employment decisions under [Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964][1] and enforcement guidance on reasonable accommodation and undue hardship of the [Americans with Disabilities Act][2], as amended.
