Medical Release Forms Can Be Filed Online - Starting April 21

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is improving its [online][1] disability application process to make it easier for people to file for disability benefits online. Starting **April 21, 2012**, adults who file their own disability applications online will be able to electronically sign and submit [Form SSA-827][2], the medical information authorization for SSA.
