Beginning **March 16, 2012**, the Social Security Administration (SSA) will start requiring that representatives who request, and are eligible for, direct fee payment, to use SSA's [Disability Appeal Web portal][1] when they file for reconsiderations on medically denied [Title II][2] and [Title XVI][3] disability or blindness claims.
