CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) -- Katie Beckett, whose struggles brought landmark changes allowing children with **disabilities** to live at home, has died in Cedar Rapids. Her mother, Julie Beckett, told The Des Moines Register that she died on Friday.
