Serve individuals, families and communities especially those who are most in need and vulnerable, who have limited resources and are unable, or do not know how, to find help. Services include a counseling program, senior services, in-home support services, short-term emergency support, violence prevention and [Ways to Work][1], a program that offers low interest loans to parents for buying or repairing used cars.
