The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has charged Randstad US, LP with disability discrimination for refusing to hire a job applicant because of his disability. The applicant has Asperger's syndrome, an autism spectrum disorder. He qualified for the position, but after he disclosed his disability, he was not hired. Such actions violate the [Americans with Disabilities Act][1], which makes it unlawful to discriminate against a qualified individual with a disability.
