Assists parents with children who are unable to receive a car loan from a bank or credit union because of imperfect or no credit history. Loans are up to $6,000 at 8 percent interest with either 24 or 30 month payment terms. Family Services also provides other programs and services for low-income families and adults including counseling, substance abuse and parenting and family education.
