The U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) Office of Disability Employment Policy has announced this year's [NDEAM][1] theme - "A Strong Workforce is an Inclusive Workforce: What Can YOU Do?" The theme highlights the benefits of a [diverse workforce][2] that includes workers with disabilities. Early announcement of the theme allows communities nationwide to get a head start on planning events in October. Past activities have included issuing proclamations and job fairs that promote the talents and skills of workers with disabilities.
