2012 Youth Transitions Fellowship - Application Deadline April 30

The American Association of People with Disabilities partnered with the HSC Foundation to create the Youth Transitions Fellowship. The full-time fellow works on the organizations' disability youth transition and collaboration work in the Washington, D.C. area. This paid fellowship is ideal for a person with a disability who has an interest in youth career transitions and employment solutions. The fellowship starts in May, 2012, and continues for 12 months.
